Established in 1942 from bery huble beginnings, the Hollidaysburg Area Public Library maintains a mission to Building a community devoted to lifelong learning by advancing functional, technological, career, financial, cultural, and civic literacy.

The Collection
Our collection includes over 40,000 items and includes a wide variety of medias.
A high quality selection of high-quality recreational reading listening materials, research and educational materials, and reference resources including internet access, child and adult programs for a lifetime of learning opportunities.

Our policies are kept to a minimum because we are here to serve the community and are in place to make sure that everyone gets to enjoy the facilities and services.
